We are seeking PT/PTA who is committed to quality, excellence and customer satisfaction.
We are also interviewing for a Licensed Athletic Trainer position.

PT Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
BS, MS or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
Must be licensed as Physical Therapist in the State of Texas
CPR certification for Healthcare Providers or must certify within 90 days hire
Must be able to perform computerized documentation

Preferred Qualifications:
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
Problem solving abilities
Ability to instruct others
Good time management
Good interpersonal and customer service skills

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Performs treatment procedures that are within the scope of the professional license.
Performs/delegates technical procedures appropriately and safely.
Utilizes a variety of treatment techniques to achieve goals, if necessary.
Determine patient response to treatment and evaluate progress (reassessment).
Educates patient and family through instruction, demonstration, or appropriate handouts in treatment plan, safety issues, home programs/self management and assistive equipment.
Patient safety maintained throughout treatment
Communicates with physicians and other healthcare personnel as appropriate regarding patient care issues
Demonstrates competence in the performance of age appropriate patient treatment and individualizes care based on age specific needs.

PTA Qualifications Minimum Requirements:
Graduate of an approved APTA Associates Degree Program. Must have an applicable and current PTA licensure/certification to practice. Experience working with adult and geriatric populations on an in or out patient basis preferred, depending on area candidate is applying for. CPR certification required.
Must safely manage within the environment of care.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the lead physical therapist, provide full range of physical therapy services including therapeutic interventions in a team environment consistent with the position's qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards. Shall also demonstrate accountability for and contribution to program development, quality improvement, problem solving, and productivity enhancement in a flexible team fashion.
